  At Vivax Pros, our Woodwork Managers are a very important step in providing a great customer experience. You will communicate with and manage the expectations of our clients and crews , manage the budget, and successfully oversee each project through to comp letion . You will be able to grow both personally and professionally gaining skills such as time management, communication, and bu dgeting. You will get the opportunity to lead woodwork crews and work with them to uphold the values o f Vivax Pros.  

Salary: Base + C ommission - earn between $55,000 - $75,000 annually  

Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Meet with woodwork and gutter customers to review scope of work
  • Confirm measurements, products, and project details
  • Generate accurate and specific work orders for our crews
  • Complete quality control checks after jobs are complete
  • Review any issues with the crews and coach them on corrective actions
  • Over communicate, set clear expectations, and provide our customers, crews, and team with the highest level of service

  What you bring to the team:  

  • Solid communication skills with an emphasis on listening and providing solutions
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and self-disciplined - must be a go-getter with grit
  • Open-minded with a passion for learning different skills
  • Exceptional ability to communicate face-to-face with confidence and poise
  • Organized and detail orientated
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and be appropriately insured 
  • Comfortable on ladders and roofs 
  • Comfortable lifting 50 lbs. 

  While previous woodwork experience/industry knowledge is preferred, it is not necessarily required for the right candidate. We hire individuals who fit into our unique culture and are always willing to train the right person.
