Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions, including prints, cut sheets, and sample harnesses, for automotive wiring projects.
• Assemble wire harnesses that integrate seamlessly with vehicle systems such as engines , dashboard controls , lighting systems , and air conditioning units .
• Use hand tools and advanced assembly techniques to ensure top-quality builds.
• Collaborate in small teams to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficiency and safety.
• Track and manage inventory of parts and supplies for each project.
• Perform quality validation to ensure wire harnesses meet exacting standards for vehicle performance.
• Tear down and rework donor harnesses to meet new specifications.
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize designs.
• Contribute to delivering world-class products and services for automotive and industrial applications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience : 1+ years in wire harness assembly, especially in automotive applications.
• Technical Proficiency : Skilled in wire prep, crimping, soldering, and de-pinning for systems like lighting, engine wiring, and dashboard integration.
• Knowledge : Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, including those for complex systems such as air conditioning controls and engine harnesses.
• Tools : Proficient with multimeters and other diagnostic tools to validate system functionality.
• Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail for precise measurement and assembly of harnesses for critical vehicle systems.
• Communication : Clear and effective verbal and written communication for team collaboration and project updates.
• Computer Skills : Basic proficiency with software tools to support wiring documentation and inventory management.
• Reliability : Must have reliable transportation and the flexibility to adapt to project needs.
