QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred: A college degree, demonstrating a commitment to education and a strong foundation for success.
  • Required: A clear motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years, ensuring a reliable and safe mode of transportation for professional endeavors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Consistently foster and nurture relationships with accounts within a designated geographical territory, ensuring sustained engagement and client satisfaction.
  • Execute company objectives with precision and enthusiasm, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding set targets.
  • Maintain and update account information systematically, employing attention to detail to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Uphold a commitment to honor all customer commitments, building trust and loyalty in every interaction. • Strategically sell and manage product inventory to proactively eliminate out-of-stock situations, showcasing foresight and market awareness.
  • Stay vigilant and informed about competitive activities in each account, contributing valuable insights to the strategic decision-making process.
  • Exhibit experience or a rapid ability to learn the Encompass computer system, ensuring seamless integration into our operational framework.
  • Adhere rigorously to PFP guidelines and incentives, optimizing performance to unlock maximum rewards and recognition.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with drivers, facilitating the successful execution of daily duties and meeting merchandising expectations.
  • Actively participate in all company meetings, showcasing engagement and a commitment to staying informed about the latest updates.
  • Strictly follow all State of Georgia Alcohol Laws and Regulations, maintaining compliance in all activities.
  • Prioritize the meticulous maintenance of the company vehicle, including cleanliness, tire upkeep, and regular oil and fluid checks, promptly reporting any issues to the shop and/or fleet manager.
  • Immediately report all accidents to the fleet manager, team leader, and human resources, ensuring swift and appropriate action.
  • Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of company tools and equipment, including tablets, laptops, phones, etc.
  • Punctually submit all orders and complete end-of-day processes before 6:00 pm daily, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Adhere meticulously to company rules and procedures, contributing to a culture of discipline and excellence.
  • Embrace flexibility by willingly undertaking any additional duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a proactive mindset.

  1. DEMANDS & REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop to move cases of wine, spirits and beer. Must be able to check code dates accurately, talk and hear to communicate with retailers and co-workers. May require sitting or standing for extended periods. Occasionally requires the ability to lift over 70 lbs. And must be capable of moving kegs weighing up to 180lbs.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS & TEMPERAMENTS

  • Job duties are performed inside and outside retail buildings.
  • Exposure to outside weather, walk-in cooler temperatures.
  • Ability to maintain a professional image in public eye while performing the duties.
