Position Overview

The Vice President of Renewable Energy (EPC) Construction and Engineering will lead the Renewable Energy division's strategic direction, overseeing the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of renewable projects, with a focus on solar, wind, and battery storage. This executive role is responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Collaborating with senior leadership, the VP will drive initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives and environmental commitments, while leveraging innovative technologies and sustainable practices in the energy sector.

Requirements

Responsabilities:
  • Lead and direct the Power division, aligning engineering, procurement and construction teams with company goals for optimal project delivery in solar, wind, and battery storage.
  • Define and execute divisional goals that support company growth and sustainability objectives, ensuring cohesive teamwork and strategic alignment across projec
  • Align divisional goals with corporate objectives to support company growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence in power delivery.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of renewable energy projects from concept to completion, with a focus on timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery.
  • Manage large-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects, ensuring all activities meet industry standards, budget constraints, and safety protocols.
  • Create and execute strategies that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the division, with an emphasis on adopting best practices in renewable EPC projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the Renewable Energy division, leveraging advanced technologies and emerging trends to set new benchmarks for quality and performance
  • Provide high-level technical guidance on design, construction, and maintenance standards specific to solar, wind, and battery storage systems, advocating for best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Promote a forward-looking approach to renewable energy technology, ensuring the division remains competitive and aligned with evolving industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in renewable energy, EPC, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience overseeing large-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects, with a deep understanding of renewable energy systems, electrical distribution, and storage technologies.
  • Track record of managing complex EPC projects, ensuring high standards for safety, compliance, and timely completion within budget.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, environmental, and safety standards related to renewable energy projects..
