The Role:

As a Vice President, Client Engagement Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients have a seamless and exceptional experience from day one. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing and managing complex transitions and conversions, ensuring client satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities:

Lead project management activities for client onboarding, transitions, and conversions, ensuring smooth processes and timely delivery.
Provide consultative support to both internal and external clients, guiding them through complex situations with confidence and expertise.
Independently manage client onboarding processes, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and clients receive the necessary support and training.
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the client engagement process.
Regularly review and assess workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-10 years of experience in project management and/or wealth management.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
