Summary

The Summer Fun Instructor is responsible for the overall supervision of children to ensure their safety and physical well-being. The Instructor will go on field trips with the children and p rovide guidance and support to develop social skills and build self-confidence.
 

Duties

The Summer Fun Instructor is responsible for the overall classroom management, cleanliness, and behavior management of children in their care. The Summer Fun Instructor will assist with planning and leading daily activities. In addition, the Summer Fun Instructor will be responsible for communicating with parents and the
childcare team to provide a high-quality summer camp experience.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children of different ages and backgrounds
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
Creativity in planning and executing engaging activities that promote learning and fun
Strong organizational skills

First Aid/CPR Certificate (If not, we will provide training)
