Job Summary: As a Streetlight Patrol Driver at Dalkia Energy Solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and functionality of our San Antonio Texas area streetlights. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. This position entails night-time driving within a designated area to identify and report on streetlight outages. This position is not a security patrol position, but rather a patrolling of our streetlights and reporting data - to generate a repair ticket. This is a Full Time - hourly position located in San Antonio Texas. Candidates must reside in San Antonio and be able and willing to work overnight. • Drive a company-provided vehicle to patrol designated areas and perform routine checks on streetlights
• Identify and report any damages, malfunctions, or safety hazards to the appropriate department for repair
• Records and documents all maintenance and repairs needed
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while driving and performing duties
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• Prior experience in a streetlight infrastructure role or a related field is preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic computer skills for recording and reporting maintenance information
• Must be able to work independently and follow directions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
