Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Staff Accountant. As an integral part of our finance team, the successful candidate will have the chance to gain valuable experience in various accounting functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to support the preparation of financial data.
• Respond to inquiries from management and other departments regarding financial results and special reporting requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices in accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms; SAP B1 experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
