• Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments provided by G3 Solar
• Develop proficiency in solar energy technology and deliver exceptional customer service to serve as a knowledgeable representative of G3 Solar
• Identify and qualify prospective customers based on established criteria
• Close sales with qualified homeowners to meet individual and team sales targets
• Conduct site assessments and develop customized proposals for potential clients
• Guide customers through the sales process and address any inquiries or concerns they may have

Qualifications:

• Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales goals in field sales positions
• Willingness to travel locally for up to 80% of working hours within the designated sales territory
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate client availability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences
• Professional demeanor for handling sensitive conversations with customers and colleagues
• Access to dependable transportation and a smartphone for work-related tasks
• Experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is a plus, though not mandatory
