About Us:
We are a service that connects licensed real estate agents with opportunities to earn income by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses, and other real estate tasks. Based in Arizona, we provide valuable support to agents across various locations.

Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Peoria and surrounding areas to join our network of showing agents. This role involves showing homes to potential buyers and renters using electronic lockbox systems.

Responsibilities:
- Show homes to prospective buyers and renters in the Peoria area.
- Provide light inspection reports and assist with Open Houses as needed.
- Perform other ad hoc real estate tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be a currently licensed real estate agent (We can assist with obtaining licensing).
- Access to the MLS and familiarity with using electronic lockboxes.
- Experience in showing homes in the Peoria area is preferred.

Compensation:
- Agents earn an average of $34 per home shown, with the potential to receive tips for exceptional service.
- Payment is per home shown to clients, with multiple homes often shown per client.
