Role and Experience

• Creating and maintaining documentation related to Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing processes and procedures.
  Experience in hand on ATF, ServiceNow automation.
• Experience with Service Now ITSM and CRM suite of applications
• Experience with Service Now Test Management and Automated Test Framework
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing
• Service Now certifications desirable
• Working Experience in Business Analyst
• Working Experience in User Acceptance Testing
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders and documenting them in a clear and concise manner.
• Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Creating, executing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automation/ATF) to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
• Identifying and managing defects and issues, reporting them in a clear and concise manner, and working with the development team to resolve them.
• Providing support for end-users during the testing and deployment phases of software applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts manual and Automation/ATF to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow and cross-functional diagrams.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
