Perrill is an awardwinning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are in search of a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team.

As Senior Paid Media Specialist you will help our clients reach their business goals by:

• Developing paid media strategies across multiple channels including Google search display Performance Max and Local Services Ads as well as social media channels such as LinkedIn and Meta
• Building out ad accounts and campaigns on Google and other platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn
• Proactively managing ads accounts including optimizing budgets and performance
• Managing and prioritizing workload across 10 clients
• Analyzing data using tools like SEMrush Google Keyword Planner Looker (Google Data) Studio and more
• Implementing measurement strategies through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Participating in client meetings and providing proactive recommendations for account improvements
• Exploring new paid media platforms and recommending appropriate opportunities for our clients

Salary : $85000 to $95000 depending on experience

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful ads management experience on relevant platforms with a proven track record for driving results for both lead generation and ecommerce accounts
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
• Experience managing multiple accounts at the same time especially in an agency setting
• Availability to be in our office in Minnetonka MN at least 23 days per week
