We are currently seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that satisfy business
requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with other databases and applications using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, or
other integration tools to create seamless data flows.
- Map data lake objects into the Customer 360 data model defining custom fields and objects as
required.
- Configure matching and reconciliation rules to unify customer data based on requirements.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data in Salesforce.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and deliver  reports and dashboards using Salesforce tools and third-party BI software.
- Implement other actions, flows, journeys, data exports, or activations on data as required.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, build, testing,
deployments, and maintenance.
- Provide clean, scalable, and efficient implementations that comply with Salesforce standards and
best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications to optimize performance.
- Document implementations and other technical information for future reference.
- Keep on top of new Salesforce features and technologies and integrate them into the
development process where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Certified Salesforce Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, and other relevant certifications.
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce with successfully implemented projects.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of data models.
- Proficient in Salesforce APEX, VisualForce, Lightning, and API integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce data such as Customer 360, CDP, and integration.
- Solid understanding of databases and modeling principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical team members
