Job Summary

This role is responsible for tracking and driving success of the stores in the franchise system ; reducing financial losses and increasing sales at every opportunity . 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Interpret information from reporting systems and utilize data to suggest areas of opportunity.
  • Implement and follow up upon action plans developed to drive profitability and/or store sales driving initiatives.
  • Ensure and enforce compliance with company standards .
  • Analy z e and communicate business opportunities and areas of improvement at the store , district and system level ; removing obstacles and barriers to success.
  • Recommend methods to reduce potential financial losses or reduce risk exposure .
  • D etermine and implement action plans intending to drive store-level profitability.
  • Investigate financial opportunities.
  • Identify , monitor and track loss prevention compliance standards (i.e. comps, voids, clears, etc.) .
  • Evaluate store level activities to ensure systems/tools in place to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Interpret sales, P&L and quality compliance data to develop recommended actions for improvement.
  • Audit online and in-store menus for pricing opportunities or discrepancies; correcting when necessary.
  • Ensure escalated issues are resolved quickly.
  • Motivate, lead, coach and develop others.

 

The successful candidate will meet the following pre-requisites:

  • Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively over the phone
  • Propensity to dig into issues with high desire to resolve
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong excel skills

 

*This is an in-office role. We are not offering a relocation package.
