Registered Nurse (RN) - Part Time job at Special Touch Nursing Services South Charleston, WV, US

Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of assigned patients. Responsibilities:

Develop nursing care plan to ill, injured or disabled patients
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Monitor and train personal caregivers for in-home care setting
Communicate and collaborating with other health care professionals regarding patient's care
Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing (preferably 2+ years experience)
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
