About the Role:
As the Regional Sales Manager for Federal Sales, you will leverage your expertise in next-generation endpoint security to engage senior executives within the Federal Civilian Community. You'll effectively communicate CrowdStrike's product capabilities and align them with client needs, empowering partners and clients in their efforts against adversaries.
The ideal candidate will possess executive-level contacts, thrive in dynamic environments, and excel in driving results. You'll be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and adept at fostering internal and external relationships to drive market success.
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive dedicated to enhancing global security by defending organizations against advanced threats. This role is remote and ideally based in a Major US Hub (preferably Washington DC Region, Mid-Atlantic, or East Coast).
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage a Federal/Civilian sales territory, including pipeline development, territory and account planning, forecasting, and achieving sales quotas.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers across IT and senior executive levels within industry, partners, and customers to drive sales strategy and goal achievement.
- Formulate and execute account strategies to secure new business opportunities and expand revenue across the assigned region independently and collaboratively.
- Negotiate agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets, targeting decision-makers in key prospect accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, Services, Support, and Product Development to engage target accounts.
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of solution selling experience, with at least 3 years in software security or infrastructure sales within the Federal Government and Civilian Community.
- Strong grasp of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, including competitive offerings in the market.
- Proven track record of surpassing booking and revenue targets, with expertise in target account and solution selling.
- Ability to build executive relationships, articulate product strategies, and drive demand.
- Aptitude for translating technology solutions into business benefits, adept at simplifying complex concepts for various audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to resolving complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with senior executives and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Effective time management, organizational abilities, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel on short notice and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
