Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
The Real Estate Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the brokerage, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, assisting with transaction coordination, and contributing to team success. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with transaction coordination, including managing documents and ensuring compliance
• Support office operations, including scheduling, communication, and agent support
• Manage client follow-ups and assist with lead tracking
• Provide support during property showings and related tasks
• Maintain organization of records, files, and office systems
• Prepare reports, manage schedules, and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate office activities and assist with event planning
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in real estate or administrative support preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software (CRMs, Dotloop, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
