Job Title: QC Analyst
Location: Winchester, KY 40391, US

• Conduct high-quality, efficient analytical testing following guidelines from USP, NF, EP, JP, FCC, or customer specifications. Tests include, but are not limited to, Dissolution, Titration, Polarimetry, Loss on Drying, Viscosity, Residue on Ignition, Heavy Metal Content, FTIR, HPLC, and GC.
• Maintain accurate written records of all analyses performed.
• Interpret and communicate analytical results and issues effectively.
• Organize and schedule daily tasks efficiently.
• Operate and maintain basic laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper maintenance.
• Follow safety and chemical hygiene practices in the lab.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test methods.
• Collaborate in a "flow-to-the-work" team environment.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Conduct peer reviews of analytical testing and write-ups.
• Write SOPs when needed.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences (Chemistry or Biology preferred).
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in Quality, Laboratory, Clinical, or Chemical Manufacturing (internships/co-op included).
• Skills:
  • Strong multitasking ability and efficiency under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and chemical handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to stand for long periods while conducting tests.
  • Accurate performance of analytical testing in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
