Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various fencing projects within residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing client relationships and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fencing projects from initiation to closure
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate resources and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
• Resolve issues and mitigate risks that arise during the project lifecycle
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of fencing materials and techniques
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred
