Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER
Job Duties: MentorUS Global, LLC in Severna Park, MD is seeking Project Manager to serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of information technology projects. Individuals will apply advanced-level knowledge of information technology theories, principles, and concepts, as well as experience with software testing programs to perform the following duties:
1. Investigate new projects to understand the customer requirements and create technical flow, business process models (BPM), and technical contract interface document.
2. Renovate traditional testing methods/process into digital transformations using “Intelligent Property Identified” technology.
3. Work with Technical/Solution Architects (SA’s) to understand the project design and complex boundaries to be validated during test strategy and phase.
4. Lead Quality Assurance team members towards performing complete end-to-end testing and revenue certifications for new “Retail Transformation” initiatives.
5. Closely monitor production incidents and open tech bridge calls to engage production support teams to mitigate/resolve the issue.
6. Manage multi-phase, multi-dimensional, multi-resource projects from start to finish while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with senior executives on strategies, road maps, and other matters.
8. Build strategic test migration plan for retiring legacy application and smooth transitioning to Cloud based infrastructure set-up.
9. Estimate the effort for project execution and resource allocation. Meet with the stakeholder to identify the future business needs and estimate the efforts required to accomplish the project within the deadlines.
10. Verify computer coding languages to identify potential problems and find ways to streamline software.
11. Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) using Unix, API, Splunk, CloudWatch, and Backend applications, permanent resolution, and SLA (Service-Level Agreement) compliance for any issue in project code functionality.
This position does not supervise any personnel or participate in any management decisions, nor does this position plan, direct or coordinate the activities of any personnel.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Information Technology or any related field of study and five (5) year(s) of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.

No Travel. Work from home benefits allowed. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.
