POSITION BRIEF:

• Electro-Optical Systems Program Management role – leading technical interaction with customer.
• Responsible for the successful completion of technology and product development.
• Electro-Optical Systems Business Development role – assisting the company in business development.
• This position will perform program management roles on projects for the development of Electro-optical systems and subsystems; imaging, sensor , and camera systems.
• Be the program manager on electro-optical systems projects – from proposal and design, through prototype development and analysis, to product development and manufacturing.
• This position will perform roles covering the range of project and program management for the company’s technology and products development needs. 
• This position will perform roles covering the range of the company’s business development and technology development needs.  Candidates for this position must have experience in the design, development, and manufacturing of optical subsystems and systems.   Candidates must have technical leadership experience. Candidates must have program leadership experience. Candidates must have customer interaction experience. Candidates must have a BS/MS/PhD degree in Engineering; plus strong industry experience developing optical and optical systems products.
