Job Description

PURPOSE:

The Product Operations & Development Summer Intern will assist with various development tasks across the Sport and Lifestyle organization. This individual will be given to opportunity and exposure of how developers work cross functionally with Marketing and Design within the Reebok footwear organization. You will learn the fundamentals and responsibilities of the Reebok Operations team. This individual will help to manage and coordinate day to day operations processes and meetings to supporting the footwear development teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Sets up team rooms showrooms for and internal meetings (i.e. Collect/organize development samples, merchandise walls with product briefs and key seasonal colors)
  • Participates in all seasonal product review sessions, prepares documents for note taking remarking changes made on product
  • Executes research and competitive analysis projects as needed
  • Tracks, documents, unpacks, organizes and inventories all development samples
  • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of all relevant team meeting rooms and sample
  • Manage the seasonal MCS cataloging and approval process
  • Potential opportunity to manage some SMUs to gain exposure to the full product development experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Current college student with aspirations of getting into the footwear industry
  • 0-2 years of experience with data entry
  • Ability to handle high volume work, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize around key deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate College or University pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Anticipated undergraduate graduation date is Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
  • Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
  • Able to work out of our Boston HQ three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)
  • Available to participate in our full-time on-site internship program from June 9th to Aug 15th
