The Role: Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the PMM of Business to Employee (B2E) Growth & Operations will lead the planning and execution of initiatives, launches, campaigns, user experience optimizations and more to grow revenue and deliver the best user experiences. This will include being the business owner for the end to end Adoption funnel of our core Earned Wage Access product. This person will sit at the intersection of Product & Commercial & Marketing teams to enable DailyPay to achieve its quarterly and annual revenue targets.
