Role Overview

As our Product Designer youll be central to shaping the product experience at our clients company. This role is built to empower you to bring designs to life focusing on usability aesthetics and functionality. Youll work collaboratively with our crossfunctional teams to create features that reflect user needs while aligning with our vision.

Key Responsibilities

• UserCentered Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors translating findings into actionable design decisions. Your insights will be vital to our continuous improvement.

• EndtoEnd Product Design : Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that balance functionality with a delightful user experience. Youll be creating responsive accessible designs that work seamlessly across devices.

• Building and Maintaining a Design System: Collaborate in creating a cohesive design system that ensures visual consistency and ease of scalability across the platform.

• Collaborating CrossFunctionally: Work closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective elegant design solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 35 years in product design ideally in SaaS or fintech . Youve demonstrated a deep understanding of usability and responsive design across complex platforms.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with a focus on UI/UX problemsolving and datadriven design .

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD . Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• User Research Acumen: You have experience conducting and utilizing user research to inform design decisions ensuring each design aligns with user needs.

• Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team valuing each team members input to enhance the overall product experience.
