Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and planning of fan light products, managing the creative and design process.
Apply new technologies, concepts, and ideas to product design to enhance product competitiveness.
Manage the design team, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality outcomes.
Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide industrial design solutions.
Guide team members in improving their design skills and aesthetics, fostering a positive design environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial design or a related field, with a solid background in industrial design.
At least 5 years of experience in product design and design management, with a proven track record of successful design projects.
Proficiency in design tools, with strong aesthetic judgment and rapid visual expression skills.
Active and creative design thinking, with the ability to innovate and incorporate new trends.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
