Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, purchasing, staff supervision, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities: * Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving parts. * Supervise, train, and motivate parts department staff. * Maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet customer and service department needs while controlling costs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. * Monitor and achieve departmental goals related to sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. * Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure seamless operations and communication. * Handle customer parts inquiries in person, over the phone, and online. * Implement and maintain effective merchandising and marketing strategies for parts sales. * Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager (preferred). * Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Proficiency with parts management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to manage inventory, forecasts, and departmental budgets effectively. * Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
