Nesco Resource is looking for a Packer/Palletizer Associate located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: 10PM-6:30AM

Pay: $17/Hour

Job Summary: The Packer/Palletizer Associate efficiently packs and palletizes products for shipment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products per company standards.
• Palletize goods for shipment.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate equipment safely.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in packing/palletizing preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
