HR – Organizational Development Manager

The Role

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources - Americas, the incumbent will design, develop and support organization-wide talent management programs that cover learning, performance, talent development, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management. This role will drive the development and continued success of the following programs:

• DEIB
• Employee Engagement and Retention
• Performance Management
• Mentoring
• Leadership Development
• Career Development
  
  

What you will be responsible for:

• Actively searching, creatively designing and implementing effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
• Training and coaching managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
• Building and delivering learning and development and talent management programs which are aligned the business strategy and organization.
• Supporting the design, development and implementation of the talent review and succession planning processes.
• Partnering with HR Colleagues, Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to identify gaps and identify learning needs of the organization.
• Partnering with external vendors on the design and delivery of custom programs.
• Managing the new hire onboarding process for the first 90 days of employment
• Designing and delivering of team effectiveness workshops, which will include the use of various assessment tools.
• Overseeing the LMS, e-learning platform. Ensuring efficiencies of platform administration within and beyond the HR team
• Coordinating departmental activities and events, including set up and tracking in the LMS, communicating with participants, preparing materials, preparing instructors and facilitators, and supporting additional logistical and administrative details as required
  
  

About you:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience designing and implementing effective learning, performance, or development programs.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• You have strong presentation skills.
• You are adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• You have at least one year of LMS or HRIS experience.
• CPLP or SHRM certifications highly desirable.
