Job Description

As an Operational Director at Chick-fil-A, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our team delivers the highest level of service to our customers. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve performance targets and uphold Chick-fil-A's standards of excellence.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about Chick-fil-A's products, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement to increase profitability and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate promotional activities, special events, and community outreach efforts.
  • Upholding Chick-fil-A's core values and promoting a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
