We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble network racks for computer systems using hand tools and following engineering drawings or assembly instructions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble network racks and components according to technical drawings, blueprints, or written instructions.
• Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers) and power tools (e.g., drills, rivet guns) to secure and adjust parts.
• Inspect and ensure all components are correctly aligned and securely fastened.
• Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to verify adherence to company standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during the assembly process, making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulations.
• Document completed work and report any assembly discrepancies or defects to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in mechanical assembly is a plus.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a moderately noisy and fast-paced environment.
