Your role and responsibilities Contribute to the areas of the whole Sustainable Energy Applications and Solutions strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new markets, segments and/or product solutions. Analyze customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market. Develop and implement business strategies for newly defined areas in alignment with the strategies of solution unit and corresponding teams. Provide market intelligence analyses in support of identification and development of new market trends, segments, or solutions. Establish and maintain close dialogue with customer base and key prospects for the purpose of recommending novel technical solutions. Identify strategic partnership opportunities in key markets with local and global players. Collaborate with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in the implementation of initiatives. Coordinate solutions marketing launch development plans and ensure efficient and effective execution together with the Local Sales Units. Participate in internal work groups to share know-how, processes and market information.
Qualifications for the role - University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in sales or marketing - preferably in low voltage products and systems. Experience in sustainable Energy field is a plus.
- Capability to promote innovative solutions and identify new opportunities in evolving markets.
- Capability to adapt new business model in order to properly address new and evolving business environments.
- High analytical orientation and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent skills in teamworking, communication and negotiation.
- Good proficiency in English and availability for business travel (approx. 35%).
- Proficiency in other languages and previous experience working in Agile environments are a plus.
