A well Established Custom Machine Building Company are looking for a Manufacturing / Assembly Team Leader

The firm - an established world-class custom machine building company, builds machines for industries critical to the infrastructure of our day-to-day lives.

The Manufacturing / Assembly Team Leader is tasked with providing the leadership and direction to ensure the Assembly Team meets quality, efficiency, productivity, and project timeline deliverables for our custom equipment builds.

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly

- Knowledge of manufacturing

- Experience in manufacturing

- Ability to handle situations in a professional/fair manner.

- Computer skills: excel/word/knowledge of manufacturing software.

- Ability to delegate tasks to associates.

Experience:

- Running reports daily to make sure the team is on track to meeting production deadlines.

- Collaborating with other team leaders on projects.

- Supervises all daily activities in assigned departments.

- Ensure production schedule and quality standards are being met.

- Identifies process problems, troubleshoots causes and helps develop solutions as a team with PL/VP MFG.

- Provides onboarding to new team associates.

- Ensures all company policies/procedures are being met.
