We are seeking a Manager, Distribution Operations to join the Revenue Operations

team. Who are working to take Vevo’s business to the next level. This position will

report directly to the Director of Distribution Operations, and will be a member of the

broader Sales and Distribution team.

The Distribution Operations team plays a key role in the company’s evolving strategy,

ensuring that Vevo drives revenue across our platforms. As Manager, Distribution

Operations, you will help drive operational expansions and enhancements across our

ever growing distribution landscape. You will ensure that internal and external teams

are meeting deadlines and driving to the same priorities set by the leadership team. 

You will work cross-functionally in partnership with Vevo’s Product & Engineering,

Revenue Operations, Distribution Partnerships, Content & Programming, Business

Development, Finance, and Data Operations teams. The ideal candidate has

experience in the world of AVOD and Fast Channel platforms with a focus on driving

platform launches and product enhancements. This candidate has working knowledge

of the Ad Tech, Product & Engineering, and Data space as it relates to AVOD and

FAST Channel platforms. This candidate is also an effective communicator and leader

of people.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our New York City office.

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Assist the Director of Distribution Ops in driving distribution’s operational strategy on a day-to-day basis ensuring execution across all partners. 
  • Project manage Vevo’s new partner distribution launches, delivering all required collateral (URLs for testing, logos, channel artwork etc).
  • Manage tracking and dissemination of information regarding all cross departmental projects related to distribution and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project timelines and updates.
  • Work hand in hand with the Distribution Partnerships team and support all ongoing operational needs of Vevo’s CTV distribution partners.
  • Work with Gracenote and distribution partners to ensure Vevo FAST channel EPGs are updated and accurate.
  • Identify and improve process inefficiencies within the distribution ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • You have ideally 2+ years’ experience in media, advertising and/or technology company, with a focus on distribution, connected television media, advertising technology, and/or product.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading and managing people.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities under time constraints.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is: $85k – 90k per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.

This is a full-time position based on-site/in our New York office. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
