Small community hospital in   NW Wisconsin, near the Twin Cities,   is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for day or night shifts. Openings in OB/Labor & Delivery, Med/Surg, and ER

Salary Range:  $41.89 - $57.81 per hour + shift differentials

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate highest quality nursing care for intrapartum/postpartum and newborn patients.
  
• Monitors and recognizes changes in physiologic status, takes appropriate action based on assessment, and evaluates and documents findings and patient response.
  
• Interacts frequently with all patient service departments.
  
• Utilizes interdisciplinary input to plan, implement and evaluate care.
  

Qualifications of Labor & Delivery/OB Registered Nurse (RN)

• Unrestricted RN license
  
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred, but not required
  
• Current BLS certification
  
• Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain
  
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification or ability to obtain
