Job Title: Junior A&P Mechanic
Location: Mesa, AZ

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior A&P Mechanic to join the team in Mesa, Arizona. Under the supervision of senior mechanics, you will play a critical role in maintaining a fleet of helicopters that respond to life-saving emergencies. This position is ideal for entry-level mechanics eager to develop their skills while contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior mechanics with evaluating daily maintenance and inspection requirements to maintain airworthiness.
• Support the preparation of reports, inventories, and documentation in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.
• Learn and comply with RAMCO and other documentation requirements for aircraft maintenance.
• Maintain close communication with lead mechanics and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in maintaining parts inventory and ensuring proper handling of special tools.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, supporting the overall maintenance and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings.
• 0-2 years of experience as an A&P Mechanic.
• Basic mechanical skills and proficiency in using tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and pass pre-placement physical and drug screenings.
• Possession of a basic set of mechanics tools.
