Job Title: Junior Lease Analyst

Job Description

• Assist Lease Analyst in creating and performing abstracts for all new leases and amendments
• Provide lease and property documents for abstract packages
• Enter cash receipts and lease information into property management software
• Set up and maintain worksheets and documents for CAM and taxes
• Work with internal partners to research and evaluate issues related to accounts.
• Additional duties involve maintaining data in databases and reviewing invoices for the accuracy of information
  
  

Job Type

This is a full-time, permanent position. Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 months.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Temple Terrace, Florida and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid work model, with in-office days every other Monday to Thursday (8 days a month).
