Position: Inside Sales Specialist
Reports To: Manager II, Sales
Locations: Milwaukee, Wisconsin HQ; Florence, Kentucky – HYBRID
Job Description:
Work collaboratively with Field Sales Teams and assigned customers to deliver exceptional sales and customer support, virtually, with the goal to grow sales while increasing customer satisfaction
Identify sales opportunities and utilizes a team-based selling approach to meet defined sales goals
Understand and practice strategic and partnership building skills to grow sales, increase customer base and improve customer satisfaction
Maximize new business and marketing opportunities via the execution of BU Playbooks
Embrace industry practices and appropriate digital business tools to drive results
Generate new leads / opportunities and successfully turn new leads into regular customers by following the L20 / Lead Management CRM process
Prepare and maintain growth plans for assigned accounts with weekly/monthly/quarterly activity cadence reviews
Act as an advocate for the Distributor base by facilitating communication between distributor, customer and Regal Rexnord Business Units via digital means
Leverage virtual selling tools to execute the following disciplined selling processes to attain quota: 1) Purposeful account planning, 2) Time and territory management, and 3) Funnel opportunity management/CRM proficiency
Educate end users and distributors on differentiation and value of Regal Rexnord Products using digital tools
Grow Regal Rexnord market share by emphasizing total cost of ownership with end users and distributors and by deploying ROI based solution selling @ referred OEM accounts
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at assigned channel partner accounts including Branch Management and Individual Branch personnel
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives at assigned channel partners
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate channel partner needs on an ongoing basis
Drive adoption of company programs among assigned channel partners
Leverage Regal Rexnord’s digital tools to enhance customer experience
Be technically competent in the knowledge and application of all Regal Rexnord products in served markets
Qualifications:
BA/BS Industrial Technologies/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Distribution or related field preferred
3+ years Commercial / technical sales and/or Marketing experience, manufacturing or technical industry preferred
Mechanical aptitude, Ability to effectively make digital presentations
Competent in MS Office applications / CRM Management / Business application software
