• Responsibilities
• Recruitment of merchandisers at national level.
• Provides 1st level interaction with employees
• Administrates selected operational HR processes in the areas of organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits
• Maintains all HR systems (especially Workday and local payroll system) and coordinates interface with external providers
• Supports the trustworthy cooperation with local works councils, trade unions and associations (if exist)
• Ensures compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules, processes and standards based on needs and requirements
• Completes essential administration tasks

• Professional Experience and Education
• Professional education in business administration or similar education
• first experience in business administration beneficial, preferably in the field of HR
• English language skills
• 1-3 years of experience in HR
