Fabrication Manager Permanent Position in Eastern Pennsylvania

Qualifications Needed:

- 20+ years of fabrication experience in industries such as heavy machinery like mining or construction equipment, shipbuilding, pressure vessels, large structural steel, or bridge work.
- Stable, progressive work experience in steel fabrication and equipment building leading to at least 10 years as a shop manager or superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of material costs, and pricing for various fabrication projects.
- Track record of prioritizing and managing projects accurately, on budget and on time from specification to integration.
- Willingness and ability to work on the production floor, operating equipment such as plasma cutters, brake presses, and welding equipment.
