Typical work day starts at 7:30am Monday-Friday.

What You Can Expect

As an Experienced Epoxy Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for:

Installing Epoxy and Polyaspartic flooring
Utilizing a Machine Grinder to prep the floor
Collaborating with team to ensure customer plans and details are laid out correctly
Clearing workspace from dust, debris, and appliances
Ensuring you have all of the materials needed in your vehicle to get the job done correctly
Educating clients about suitable care for their floors
Lead Installers are responsible for ensuring that the job is completed to the highest level of standards.

To Be Successful

Must maintain a valid drivers license
Must have strong attention to detail and a desire for quality work
Have an excellent work ethic and leadership skills
Have 1-3 years of experience applying and installing epoxy floors.
Be in good physical condition to be able to work on your knees and move around.
Ability to work independently with little supervision
