Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals audience segmentation and customer lifecycle stages. Identify opportunities to optimize email performance and drive engagement.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning creation and execution of email marketing campaigns including promotional campaigns newsletters drip campaigns and transactional emails. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
Audience Segmentation and Personalization: Segment email lists based on customer demographics behaviors and preferences to deliver personalized and relevant content. Utilize dynamic content and A/B testing to optimize email performance and increase engagement.
Content Development and Optimization: Oversee the creation of compelling email content including copywriting design and visuals to communicate brand messaging effectively and drive desired actions. Continuously test and refine content elements to improve campaign performance.
Email Automation and Workflow Management : Implement email automation workflows and sequences to streamline customer communications and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Monitor and optimize automation workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key email marketing metrics and performance indicators such as open rates clickthrough rates conversion rates and revenue generated. Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform optimization strategies and future planning.
List Growth and Management: Develop strategies to grow email subscriber lists organically and manage subscriber acquisition channels including website signup forms lead magnets and partnerships. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
Email Deliverability and Inbox Placement: Monitor email deliverability rates and inbox placement to ensure that emails reach subscribers inboxes and avoid spam filters. Implement best practices for improving deliverability and maintaining a positive sender reputation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Open Rate: Measure the percentage of email recipients who open the email indicating the effectiveness of subject lines and sender reputation in capturing attention.
ClickThrough Rate (CTR): Track the percentage of email recipients who click on links within the email demonstrating engagement with the content and effectiveness of calltoaction (CTA) messaging.
Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of email recipients who complete a desired action such as making a purchase or signing up for a webinar indicating the effectiveness of email content and campaign objectives.
List Growth Rate: Monitor the rate of new subscribers added to the email list over time reflecting the success of acquisition strategies and the health of the subscriber base.
Revenue Generated: Track the revenue generated directly from email marketing campaigns including attributed sales and conversion value demonstrating the impact of email marketing on business revenue and ROI.
Email Engagement Score: Calculate an overall engagement score based on open rates clickthrough rates and other engagement metrics providing a holistic measure of email campaign performance and effectiveness.
Unsubscribe Rate: Monitor the percentage of subscribers who opt out of receiving future emails indicating subscriber dissatisfaction or email fatigue and informing list management and content optimization strategies.
Email Deliverability Rate: Measure the percentage of emails successfully delivered to recipients inboxes reflecting the quality of email lists sender reputation and adherence to deliverability best practices.
