We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Perrysburg, OH. Your Responsibilities:

Accurately input work order and invoice data into our system.
Conduct first-line audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges and ensure cost savings for our customers.
Collaborate with service providers to resolve any issues with invoices.
Work closely with Customer Service Managers to find and report cost savings.
Meet month-end deadlines while maintaining high data accuracy.
Participate in special projects as needed and assist with other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent keyboarding skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Experience with material handling and aerial equipment is helpful.
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.

Physical Demands:
