We also serve students who are one to four years old in our Private Preschool. Through high-fidelity implementation of the scientifically developed, highly-researched Montessori Method and nature-based methods, students establish firmly grounded academic understanding through use of hands-on learning while developing grit, grace and courtesy, practical life skills, and independent critical thinking; all of which are crucial tools for lifelong success. Our curriculum helps students to make sense of the world around them without gaining skills at the expense of actual knowledge.

We are searching for a positive & energetic data entry person to join our team! Our data entry person is responsible for entering data for state compliance and operations in addition to task-related administrative & secretarial work. Position hours are 7:30 am- 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Applicant must pass a background check.

Duties

We are searching for a positive & energetic data entry person to join our team! Our data entry person is responsible for entering data for state compliance and operations in addition to task-related administrative & secretarial work. Position hours are 7:30 am- 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Applicant must pass a background check. Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain a clean and purposeful work environment
• Follow instructions
• Enter data with accuracy
• Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor, modeling hospitality & professionalism
• Embody school spirit and act as a good role model in attitude, speech, and actions
• Check in and notify administration of data entry completion
• Regular attendance in compliance with allotted vacation/sick days
• Maintain student records, and filing appropriate items
• Assisting with enrollment

Requirements

• 2 years office administrative or secretarial experience preferred

COMPENSATION DEPENDS LARGLEY ON QUALIFICATIONS
This is a year-round 12-month position.
