Job Title: Corporate Travel Advisor

Location: Full-Time | Remote (Applicants MUST reside in Tennessee, USA )

Schedule: Mon - Fri  |  9am - 6pm (Eastern Time Zone)

Job Summary: This is a Corporate Travel Agent role, however, applicants with Entertainment Travel experience will be a plus. Strong Sabre 360 experience is required, although ticketing skills are not required, so long as candidates can set up PNRs for ticketing using Scripts, Concur, and/or Deem. This role will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and advisory servces to clients and their associates on all travel logistics. Plan and sell transportation, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, and other travel services.

Qualifications required:

• 2yrs min experience working as a Corporate Travel Agent
• Strong proficiency in Sabre/Sabre 360 GDS
• Ticketing not required, however, candidate must be able to set up PNR faring for ticketing
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency, ensuring client calls and emails are answered promptly
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to provide accurate routing and pricing
• Knowledge/experience working with Scripts, Deem and/or Concur
• Must be comfortable in dealing with situations that are highly complex and may involve numerous travelers at different levels
• Must be highly productive in a self-directed work environment
