Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager - Healthcare Build Experience
Our client, a leading construction firm specializing in commercial projects with a strong focus on healthcare facilities , is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects with a focus on healthcare facilities.
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
* Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
* Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, specifically with healthcare build experience.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale healthcare construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations specific to healthcare facilities.
* Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
* PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
