Job Summary:
Breckenridge Child Care operates year-round for both recurring community/employee families and non-recurring guest children. Our program has a long history and is deeply rooted in the community, providing a unique mountain environment in which to nurture and develop our children.
The Childcare Assistant Manager will have daily responsibility for the Breckenridge Child Care programs and staff. This position will work with the Program Director to lead staff training, development, and classroom curriculum. They will assist with administrative duties and leadership of the teaching team.
The Childcare Assistant Manager will ensure a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children and staff are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. They will communicate effectively with children, parents, and employees to guide staff and support relationships with families. This position will report to the Child Care Manager/Program Director and will comply with all company policies and state licensing regulations.

The expected pay range is $25.00 - $28.94. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
