Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary COO to lead Reliance Medical Transport. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, driving the company forward through strategic business development, operational excellence, and inspirational leadership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development (60%): Actively network to seek and secure new business opportunities. Enhance our capacity to win and sustain new contracts, ensuring the company's growth and expansion.
  • Operations Management (35%): Oversee day-to-day operations, aiming for the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. Implement strategies for continuous operational improvement.
  • Additional Duties (5%): Undertake other responsibilities as directed, contributing to the company's overall success.

Required Qualifications:  

  • Proficient in medical terminology.
  • Minimum of 5 years in management experience.
  • Proven track record networking skills.

  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Background in emergency medical services (e.g., EMT, Paramedic).
  • Experience with medical billing, budget management, fleet management, HR, and government contracts.

Salary Range:

$135,000 – $150,000
