We are a certified B Corporation, a Just employer, and a 2019–2024 Top Workplace awardee. We hold ourselves accountable to the values that have always defined us, and those values drive us to be the best possible versions of ourselves—for each other, our communities, our clients, and the world.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FO R:  Fors Marsh's Strategic Creative & Communications business unit is expanding their Media & Engagement practice area and is seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Public Relations and Engagement Coordinator. The coordinator will work with PR & Engagement leads to ensure all client deliverables are being delivered on-time. • Assists with logistics, on-site support, and organizing special events, including town halls, conference booths, career fairs, virtual meetings, and other similar initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in public relations, earned media, or marketing and communications. Agency experience (as intern or another entry level-position) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organization, writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
  • Interest in public health campaigns and public relations.
  • Must be fluent in English and in Spanish, for both written and oral communication.

  • Remote work.

  • We provide a floating holiday bank so you can celebrate the days you value.
  • Generous matching retirement contributions and no vesting period starting the third month of employment.
  • Dedicated training and development budgets to expand your expertise and grow your skillset.
  • You can volunteer your way with paid time off.
