Remote Benefits Enrollment Agent

***Must be a resident of Georgia, Florida, Ohio, or South Carolina

Primary Duties:

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance policies.
• Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop additional leads and referrals.
• Maintain all current licensing, agency, and carrier compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Ability to apply for and hold a resident Life, Accidental, and Hospitalization Insurance License in Georgia, or hold a resident license in Florida, Ohio, or South Carolina, and a non-residential license for Georgia.
• Coachability: A willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges.
• Self-Reliance: Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive team.
• Business-Centric Attitude: Ability to work with dedication, knowing you are building a better future for yourself and your clients.
• Experience: No prior experience in insurance sales is required, we encourage candidates from diverse work backgrounds to apply. Comprehensive training is provided for all new candidates. 
• Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively to meet goals.
