Starting pay rate: $15 / hour   plus pooled tips- Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

$1,000 Bonus  (Sign-on Bonus only applies for new hires and rehires that have not been employed with Westgate within one year of their termination date.)

Job Description

  • Responsible for greeting the guest with a warm and sincere welcome.
  • Assisting with luggage and doing hotel room orientations.
  • Valet guests’ vehicles and maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
  • Assist guest with shuttle services.
  • Being knowledgeable about hotel rooms, services and features and relaying information to guests.
  • Delivers messages and runs errands.
  • Picks up articles for laundry and valet service.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
